The ministry usually involves coordination of several activities during the duration of our visits that require scheduling and planning to assure balance and a smooth flow of events. There are seminars for teaching, deliverance prayer sessions, small meetings with leaders or teams, individual counseling and also, preaching at churches.

Therefore, we have learned that it is wise to select one central coordinator for us to work with, who is gifted with effective people skills, leadership, organization and administrative detail abilities.
